-Information-
Counter-Strike 1.6 Tournament
September 19th 2009
11:00am-?? (Finishing time will vary)
16 team max
-Price-
$25/per person
$125 team
a team of 4 may enter but will need to pay the 5th place entry etc
-Prize Money- (Based off the amount of teams we get)
1st: - 60%
2nd: - 30%
3rd: - 10%
$15 per per person goes toward pot
$10 per person DM venue fee
-Maps-
(In order of rotation) Dust2, Inferno, Train, Nuke. CEVO Rules and regulations.
-Game Settings-
The following actions ARE ALLOWED during a game:
* Throwing grenades over walls or roofs
* Binding “stopsound” to any single key that does not perform another action
* There is no restriction on the amount of grenades purchased
* Bunny hopping is allowed without a script
* Silent running is allowed without a script
* Binding “+duck” to the mouse wheel
The following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during a match and may result in a warning, round loss or disqualification of a player or team from the tournament:
* Using the console at any time
* Any form of a script
* Using bugs/glitches which change the game principle (i.e. spawn bugs)
* Moving through walls, floors or roofs
* “Silent Bomb Plants” (i.e. planting a bomb which doesn’t make sound)
* Planting a bomb so that it cannot be defused, this does not include planting a bomb that requires multiple players to defuse
* Defusing a bomb through walls or roofs
* Boosting with the help of another player is allowed in general, but is illegal in places where textures, walls, ceilings or floors become transparent or penetrable
* “Flashbugs” (i.e. throwing a flash grenade that flashes an area where the player can not clearly see the flash grenade)
* Throwing grenades under walls
* External voice communication programs or software are NOT allowed (i.e. ventrilo is not allowed)
There will be no comunication once a player dies
sportsmanship is a must
No outside Food or Drinks will be Allowed, Snacks and Drinks are available for purchase. Also please park in the Side or Rear of the building.
REMINDER: Players may bring their own keyboard, mouse, headset, and mouse pad. There will be 10 available monitors and stations available, if you would like to bring your own PC.
HOWEVER anyone bringing there own PC . Once set up it will be available for match play, and subject to public use if you are not in a match with it.

Hmm, starts at 11, 16 teams, and only 10 computers.... That is probably going to take a very long time. Need to play 15 matches in 1 day... 45 minutes per match. Gonna be tight

it says 10 monitors are going to be availible for byoc, im sure there computers availible to play with... but the fact that byoc is going to be for public use is stupid....
